National price lists go stale, miss regional variation, and don't account for your supplier relationships. A lot of tradies don't price materials upfront — they do a Bunnings run, grab what they need, and pass on the receipt. That's completely fine. Just say "materials at cost" when you describe the job and Quote & Done will add a line item that reads "Additional materials (at cost)" with a note to the client that materials will be invoiced at supplier price. Everything lives on your phone — your business details, your quote history, all of it. When you send a quote, it goes straight from your phone to your customer via SMS or email.
